Every professional and expert in various fields are allowed to register to be tutor with Rabbii® either through the Apply as A TUTOR tab, or here, or through the link forwarded to them.

Professionals are people who studied the particular area of interest at a higher level and have certification to teach e.g. TSC teachers, Lecturers, foreign language teachers, graduates from art school, etc.

Experts are people who can teach the particular area of interest. They have the expertise in the area of interest and have the needed knowledge but do not have the certification e.g. university students, foreign language students, some artists, etc.

For one to qualify to teach, details they have given to us should be accurate and he/she will be matched to a student who closely fits the information they have given us.

Once a tutor with Rabbii® then attendance of classes will be of high priority. However the time set for classes is agreed between the tutor and the client for the convenience of both of them.

When you fill in your details as a tutor you will get the chance to specify the subjects you will want to teach.

You can teach more than one subject as long as you have a mastery in the subjects you want to teach. You will specify the subjects you want to teach as you sign up. But to every student you are a placed you are allowed a maximum of two subjects.

The total number of session you will attend are communicated to you by Rabbii®. Days in which you go for the classes and time is planned at your convenience and the convenience of the student/client.

As we begin you will be required to look for books from where you will prepare for your classes. But as we proceed all this material will be made available to you online.

For the skill tutoring, all material that will aid in effective teaching will be availed by the tutor.

Your preference is considered. You will specify this as you sign up.

Skills are in several Categories. This includes: Professional software, Music, Foreign languages, Art, Fashion and Design among others. During application you will get to specify the actual skill that you are able to teach.

You are contacted as soon as a student matching your specifications is found.

Each session lasts for a minimum of one(1) and a half hour(½) - 90 minutes.

We believe in the value that you impart in the student. You will be paid sh.1200 for a one and a half hour session (Sh. 800 per hour). The terms of payment are stipulated under ‘terms of service’ a document you agree to before beginning your sessions as a tutor with Rabbii.®

This is a service that allows people with an interest to learn a particular skill or course work to meet professionals and experts who can help them at the convenience of their schedule.

Only professionals and experts are allowed to teach the learner.

For all experts they are trained on a number of tools to help them know how to transfer knowledge and skills.

Areas of interest include academics, languages (foreign and local), talents hobbies and interest among others.

Follow up is also done during the tutoring period to ensure objectives are being met.

1. TeeCha Verification

We collect a number of documents from the tutors to make sure that they are who they are. A physical meeting is also done to approve the documents as legitimate.

2. Policies

Only female tutors are allowed to teach female students and male tutors are allowed to teach male students.

3. In terms of conduct

We as a company believe in the values we have and the code of conducts set. Our employees also have to live by the values we hold and abide by the code of conduct set for all of us. Therefore every tutor working in Rabbii® shares the same values and thus can be trusted.

4. In terms of delivery

Every tutor taken by Rabbii® is the best in their respective fields. Coupling this with systems set in place ensures that a student constantly improves and assures of a positive result from the tutor and the student.

Lessons are done where the client specifies them to be, mainly at the client’s premises. Adult supervision is required during the tutoring sessions. The sessions are required to be in an open area accessible to every person.

A tutor is made available to you within a day of the client requesting. Request can be made through the GET A TUTOR tab or here where your details and those of the student are captured.

An evaluation for the tutors is done every month. It covers the technical aspects and the general conduct among other areas.

You can contact Rabbii at any time and your concerns will be addressed as soon as possible.

A session lasts for a minimum of one and a half hours.

All teachers/tutors availed are qualified to teach the student since they have undergone training on the same.

1. Professional (E.G TSC TEACHER)

To have a professional e.g. a TSC teacher shall cost sh. 1000 per hour.

2. Expert (Graduate, student)

To have an expert e.g. A NON-TSC teacher shall cost sh. 800 per hour.

Please note that the minimum length of a session is an hour(1) and a half(½).
